REFUND POLICY

Returns / Replacements
(Within 3 Days)

Customers must inform MD Jewels within 3 days of receiving the order by contacting us on WhatsApp at ---------- for any return or replacement request. Requests received after this period will not be entertained. Once the request is acknowledged, the customer must ship the product back within 1 day using a reputed courier service, at their own expense, and in the same packaging in which it was received, while sharing the tracking details with us. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, MD Jewels will either replace it with another product of the customer’s choice or process a refund to the preferred bank account within 7 days of approval. Please note that return or replacement is allowed only once per order, shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable, and if the original payment was made via EMI, a 5% deduction will be applied to the refund amount to cover processing charges.

Refund Policy 

Products returned without prior confirmation from MD Jewels will not be eligible for replacement or refund. All returns must be sent only through a reputed courier service or registered post, and any additional shipping costs incurred for returning the product will be borne entirely by the customer. The safe and timely delivery of the returned product to MD Jewels remains the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product Received

In rare cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify MD Jewels on ------- within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear video recording while opening the package is mandatory for verification.

Please retain the product along with its original packaging and invoice and wait for our confirmation before returning the item. Once approved, the product must reach us within 6 working days in its original condition and packaging.

If the product is not received within the specified time, MD Jewels will not be able to process a replacement or refund.
