SHIPPING POLICY

MD Jewels encourages customers to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including contact number(s) and pin code, to ensure timely delivery of orders. All orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of placement, excluding Sundays and public holidays. MD Jewels shall not be responsible for delays caused due to incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer. In the event of re-shipment for the same order, additional shipping charges and any applicable penalties will be borne by the customer.

All domestic orders from MD Jewels are shipped through reputed courier partners and are typically delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch. Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding holidays). During festive or peak seasons, customers are advised to place orders at least 5 days in advance to allow sufficient delivery time. Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight and are kept as minimal as possible.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery or request the customer to collect the parcel from their nearest courier office. In case of deliveries to office addresses, parcels may be handed over at the security desk due to building policies; customers are requested to coordinate accordingly.

While MD Jewels strives to ensure timely delivery, we do not take responsibility for delays caused by courier partners, unforeseen circumstances, or customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
